Void/delete check

Sometimes, orders you have saved and sent to the kitchen might have to be voided or deleted for various reasons. 

If you have defined 'void reasons' for your account, the app is going to ask you to select it. 
Here's how to void a complete order:

  1. Tap the 'Pin' icon in the app menu.
    Here you will find the list of taken orders.
  2. Tap the three-dot icon for the order you wish to void.
  3. Select the 'Void check' option from the menu.
  4. Select one of the offered reasons.
  5. Tap VOID.

This way, you have chosen one of the few predefined reasons for voiding a check.

If there are no 'void reasons' defined for your account in the web dashboard, the app will enable you to simply delete the entire order. Here's how to delete it:

  1. Tap the 'Pin' icon in the app menu.
    Here you will find the list of taken orders.
  2. Tap the three-dot icon for the order you wish to void.
  3. Select the 'Delete' option from the menu.
  4. State the reason in State reason for deletion.
  5. Tap DELETE.
