Why am I seeing some orders twice on the kitchen display

Your Bizzon might not be up to date. To solve this problem

  • Update your Bizzon to the latest version
  • Sign-in

    1. Tap on the 'three dots' in the upper right corner of the screen.
    2. Choose 'Select an order queue' 
    3. Tap on the 'Kitchen(Bar+Restaurant)'.
    4. Wait for the merchant data to synchronise.

Your orders should be showing only once now.
