Your apps might not be updated.
To solve this problem:
- Update your KDS app (on your kitchen display) and Bizzon apps (on all other mobile devices) to the latest versions.
- Open your KDS app on your kitchen display tablet and tap the 'three dots icon' in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select 'Select an order queue'
- Tap on the 'Kitchen (Bar+Restaurant)'.
- Wait for the data to synchronize.
Your orders should be appearing only once now.
