Cash drawer won't open

If your cash drawer does not open or you are experiencing some other kind of trouble with your cash drawer, try the following troubleshooting steps:

• check if the cash drawer is connected to the printer
• check if the printer is turned on
• check if the printer has run out of paper

You can open your cash drawer via Bizzon app:

1. Sign in to the app,
2. open the app menu and go to Settings,
3. select Devices -> Cash Drawer,
4. tap the OPEN CASH DRAWER button.
