What's the difference? What mode should I use?
First of all, it is very important to note that payment and invoice are two different things.
In simplest terms, the payment is the actual process of being paid in cash, by voucher, or a transaction. The invoice is a document that keeps the record of a sale or service with detailed information (products, quantities, tax, etc.).
Simple charge mode
'Simple Charge' mode is used for payments only. Card payments, to be precise.
In this mode, you can enter the amount and charge the customer's card with a card reader.
The end result is a payment without an invoice.
This mode is convenient for our users who are using a third-party system of invoicing and/or fiscalization, but no available means of charging credit cards.
Register mode
Choose 'Register' mode to accept cash and card payments, manage your products, and issue invoices with card payment receipt included.
You can switch between 'Register' and 'Simple charge' mode.
Here's how to do that:
- Sign in to the Bizzon application.
- Open the application menu by tapping (≡) in the top-left corner of the screen and go to Settings.
- In the settings go to General -> Company details.
- Tap the SELECT REGISTER MODE button.
- Select the preferable mode:
- Register or
- Simple charge
You can change a register mode anytime later.
