Adding a reference or a note to the invoice

After the invoice has been issued, you can add a reference or a note to it.

To add a reference or a note to the invoice:

  1. Tap the list icon to access the invoice list.
  2. Scroll down or use a search box to find theinvoice you want to add a reference or a note to.
  3. Tap the invoice in the list to see details.
  4. In the invoice detail screen, tap the 'Pen' icon beside Reference / Notes label to add a reference or a note. Enter text into the reference or notes field.Screen_Shot_2018-02-08_at_12.03.25.png
  5. To save, tap ADD. You should be able to see your reference or note on the invoice detail screen.Screen_Shot_2018-02-08_at_12.05.04.png
