To track web orders from the ePOS application:
- Log in to the application on Android tablet.
- Click on the bottom icon Orders to view open orders. A notification will appear when you have new orders.
- Open order and choose whether to Reject Order or Accept Order. When you accept, the customer receives an email notification confirming receipt of the order and that preparation is underway.
- When an order is complete, click on Mark as Ready. The customer receives an email confirming their order is ready for pick up. This moves the order to the final stage of Done.
- Click on Fulfill Order to remove from the list of open orders.
