Tracking web orders in the application (tablet only)

If you are using our webshop and web ordering functionalities, you might want to try tracking your orders via Bizzon app!

First, you need to enable it. Click here to find out how to enable tracking web orders.

Note: it is not possible to track your web orders with a mobile phone, Android tablets only!


Here's how to do that:

  1. Log in to the Bizzon application on your tablet.
  2. Tap the web order icon ​to view open orders (see picture). The app will notify you of the new orders in real-time.
  3. Open order and choose whether to ​Reject Order or ​Accept Order.​ When you accept, the customer receives an email notification confirming receipt of the order and that preparation is underway.
  4. When an order is complete, click on ​Mark as Ready.​ The customer receives an email confirming their order is ready for pick up. This moves the order to the final stage of Done.
  5. Click on ​Fulfill Order to remove it from the list of open orders.
