Comps & Voids reports

If you have created comps & voids reasons you can track a record of comped and voided items by reason, outlet, register, and product category!

Here's how to get reports of comps & voids:

1. Sign in to your user account on the web as an administrator,
2. in the main menu go to Reports -> Comps & Voids,
3. in the calendar select the time period for which you would like to get reports of comps & voids.
   
4. Additionally:
   • In the Outlet and Register drop-down menus, select the outlet and the cash register.
   • In the Categories drop-down menu check the boxes to get a report by product categories.
5. Click the three-dot icon in the right upper corner of the screen and download the report as .xlsx or .pdf file.
