If you have created comps & voids reasons you can track a record of comped and voided items by outlet, register and product category.
To get reports of comps & voids:
- Sign in to your user account on the web as administrator.
- In the main menu go to Sales->Reports/Comps & Voids.
- In the calendar select the time period for which you would like to get reports of comps & voids.
- In the Outlet and Register drop-down menus, select the outlet and the cash register.
- In the Categories drop-down menu check the boxes to get a report by product categories.
- Click on the 'three dots' icon in the right upper corner of the screen and download the report as xlsx file.
