If you have created comps & voids reasons you can track a record of comped and voided items by reason, outlet, register, and product category!
Here's how to get reports of comps & voids:
- Sign in to your user account on the web as an administrator,
- in the main menu go to Sales -> Reports / Comps & Voids,
- in the calendar select the time period for which you would like to get reports of comps & voids.
- In the Outlet and Register drop-down menus, select the outlet and the cash register.
- In the Categories drop-down menu check the boxes to get a report by product categories.
- Click the three-dot icon in the right upper corner of the screen and download the report as .xlsx or .pdf file.
