8. Change card brand on the invoice

When you choose the wrong card brand in Bizzon/AgentCASH app payment menu, you can change it afterwards using the web dashboard to replace the original payment with a new one.

To change the card brand on the invoice:

  1. Sign in as an administrator to your user account on the web.
  2. Go to Sales->Invoices.
  3. Select the invoice for which you want to change the card brand.
  4. In the invoice details window, scroll down to the Payments section and click on the add payment/refund button.
  5. First, make a refund and add payment with a new card brand afterwards. Correct card brand name should now be visible on the invoice.
