Change the card type on the invoice

If you select the wrong card type in Bizzon app payment menu by mistake, you can still change it via web dashboard - it is possible replace the original payment with a new one.

Here's how to do that:

  1. Sign in as an administrator to your user account on the web dashboard,
  2. go to Sales -> Invoices,
  3. select the invoice for which you wish to change the card brand,
  4. in the invoice details window, scroll down to the Payments section and click the AMEND button,

  5. select the payment to refund (there can be more than one payment method per invoice), the payment to create, and the right card type.
  6. Click the ADD button.
