8. Change card brand on the invoice

When you choose the wrong card brand in Bizzon app payment menu, you can change it afterwards using the web dashboard to replace the original payment with a new one.

To change the card brand on the invoice:

  1. Sign in as an administrator to your user account on the web.
  2. Go to Sales->Invoices.
  3. Select the invoice for which you want to change the card brand.
  4. In the invoice details window, scroll down to the Payments section and click on the add payment/refund button.
  5. First, make a refund and add payment with a new card brand afterwards. Correct card brand name should now be visible on the invoice.
