Online profile is the main configuration panel for all of the online sales channels connected to a merchant account. It can be accessed from the web administration panel on the following link: https://your.bizzon.com/en/admin#/webshop/setup
Online profile enables you to configure the appearance and functionality as well as to define important business policies. The merchant account owner is ultimately responsible for governing the settings and maintaining information validity up to date.
This article provides a thematic overview of different sections of the Online profile panel.
Webshop - configures the functional status of online sales channels. The webshop needs to be set to Active in order to be able to process card payments.
Webshop URL - address of the webshop hosted on the Bizzon platform. This is a publically accessible web page. Name of the webshop is case sensitive and special characters are not allowed.
Register for online invoicing - selected which register will be the default for issuing invoices from online sales channels. Only registers assigned to the online outlet can be chosen.
Cashier for online invoicing - since there isn't an actual person which closes the sale like on ePOS, a default cashier needs to be assigned. This can be any of the active user accounts. Name of the cashier will be displayed on the invoice.
Fields grouped in this section determine the feel and look of the digital menu and webshop. There are two disjointed parts of this section, one at the top and one at the bottom of the panel.
Shop name - defines the name of the restaurant or webshop that is displayed at the top section of the digital menu and webshop.
Language - determines the language of the digital menu and webshop.
Tagline - text which appears right beneath the name of the shop.
Description - in the digital menu this defines the text which welcomes the customers when they scan the QR code. For webshop, this text is displayed in the About section.
Shop colour - defines the dominant colour for the digital menu and webshop (headlines and buttons).
Image - assigns an image to be used for restaurant or webshop logo.
Contact information for customers to get in touch with the merchant.
Shipping settings apply to the orders made from the webshop when the delivery option is selected. Only items that are enabled as eligible for delivery will have this option.
Shipping price (tax included) - an amount of money added automatically to the cart when the delivery option is chosen.
Shipping tax - tax rate applied to the shipping price.
Free shipping threshold - when this threshold is reached or exceeded, the shipping price is not applied.

Content to be displayed when no products are configured - the text which is shown on digital menus and webshop when there are no available products for ordering.

Pickup information - information for the customers instructing them when, where and how to pick up their orders.
Return policy - having a clearly defined return and refund policy builds trust with customers and helps you protect your business. Return policy informs the customer what are the rules for returning a product. Refund policy informs the customer how will they receive the refund for their purchase (credit on their card or refund in the original payment method.
Automatically issue an invoice for each payment - governs the webshop orders paid with credit/debit card. If enabled, an invoice will be generated automatically after the successful payment. If disabled, the invoice needs to be generated manually with the Create invoice button in the Sales->Orders section of the web administration portal.
Edit business hours - regulates the time intervals in which orders can be made through your online sales channels.
