I've just made some changes on the web dashboard, but I don't see them in the app?
The reason for this is that the app on your mobile devices does not automatically synchronize with the changes you have made on the server, so the app is unaware of the changes (e.g. price update, promotions, void reasons, etc).
Once you see the daisy wheel screen below, this means that the app is synchronizing with the server, and the changes you've made prior to this screen will be applied.
OK, how do I do that?
There are several ways to force synchronization:
- Restart your app - you need to close it on your Android device and open it again.
- If you don't want to restart Bizzon POS:
go to app settings 'My Profile' -> 'SELECT OUTLET OR REGISTER' button, change the outlet, or re-select the one you're already logged in to.
- Or you can go to app settings and tap Bizzon logo in the bottom left corner (see below)
Note: please, avoid editing products, bundles, or modifiers during working hours, especially if there are any open orders, as this might lead to various errors or inconsistencies.
