If the outlet you are logged in to has open orders enabled, you can access the open orders screen by tapping the 'pin' icon on the left side of the app menu.
All your saved orders will be displayed here:
Tapping the three-dot icon on each saved/open order will open the order properties where you can change the ownership of the order, split the order, change its properties, void it, or if you are using the digital ordering, you can display the QR code for 'Order at Table' functionality.
Whenever your business has a lot of open orders, the filters on top of the screen will help you navigate your open orders faster. You can select the sorting criteria (update time, name, or table number), filter by outlet, or a user who took the order.
If you are using digital ordering, you can see the new 'Order at Table' orders in the 'pending' screen by tapping the 'Pending' button.
'Clear filters' button will annul the filter settings and revert to the default settings; sort by last updated, see all outlets, orders saved by all users.
You can open a new order by tapping the 'NEW' button in the top right corner.
You can merge saved orders by tapping the 'MERGE' button in the top right corner.
